Arsha Cazazian-Clement

Arsha Cazazian-Clement is a real estate executive and innovation strategist with 20+ years of global experience in commercial projects and sustainable development. She has held leadership roles at Blackstone, Shearman & Sterling, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Stantec, and founded DIAWRKS, advising startups in climate tech and real estate innovation. At Blackstone, she oversees 1.5M sq. ft. of corporate real estate and leads global sustainable operations. She holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Diploma in Strategy & Innovation from Oxford Saïd Business School, and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at Lehigh University and the Global Council of Junior Achievement Worldwide.
