Grigor Harutyunyan

Grigor Harutyunyan is a Managing Director at Amber Capital, Armenia’s first institutional private equity fund manager. He specializes in corporate finance, valuation and transaction structuring. Currently he oversees a portfolio of 10+ companies across various sectors of the Armenian economy.

Previously, he worked in the Valuation & Business Modelling department at EY London, where he performed valuation of fixed income and equity instruments as well as complex securities such as derivatives, and advised on multinational cross-border transactions.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Nottingham, is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a CFA charterholder.
