Hayk Yengibaryan

Hayk Yengibaryan studied at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology of Yerevan State University (YSU), Department of Spanish Language, from 2002 to 2009, earning both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. In 2014, he also completed a Master’s program at the Faculty of Armenian Philology, specializing in Diaspora Studies. He defended his PhD dissertation titled “The Great Repatriation and the Armenian Church” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences. Since 2022, he has been teaching at the Faculty of History of Yerevan State University.
He began his career in public administration in 2011, first at the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia and later at the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, where he held several positions. Since 2024, he has been serving as the Head of the Technological Ecosystem Development Department at the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.
He is the author of one monograph and more than ten scientific articles.
