Pioneer of Angel Investing in America

Marc Kramer made history in 1990 by founding the Pennsylvania Private Investors Group, America's first formally organized angel investor network, now known as the Private Investors Forum. As Executive Director of the Angel Venture Fair, he orchestrates the largest gathering of angel investors and entrepreneurs in the Mid-Atlantic region, having facilitated connections for over 2,000 companies with US angel investors throughout his career.

Serial Entrepreneur and Capital Catalyst

With experience running more than 20 startups and raising over $3.5 billion in capital, Kramer brings unparalleled expertise to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. His innovative ventures include creating the country's first cyber bank insurance product for small businesses and founding the Eastern Technology Council, which became the second-largest technology council in the United States. Currently, he also serves as Senior Lecturer and Co-Director of the MBA Program at VinUniversity in Hanoi, Vietnam.
