With a distinguished career that began at the French Treasury and spanned global roles at BNP Paribas, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)—where he served on the Resident Board—and the French Embassy in Stockholm as Regional Economic Counsellor, Olivier later served as Co-CEO of the French Pension Reserve Fund (FRR).

Olivier is the recipient of the 2024 IPE Golden Award for Outstanding Industry Contribution and the 2025 European CEO Lifetime Achievement Award by Markets Group.
