Olivier Rousseau brings unparalleled expertise from his tenure as co-CEO of the €20 billion French Pension Reserve Fund (FRR) from 2011 to 2024. During this period, he masterfully managed a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes, working with over 65 external asset managers to deliver consistent returns while pioneering liability-driven investment models.

International Investment Experience

His 26-year career spans the world's major financial centers including Paris, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney. At BNP Paribas, where he spent 11 transformative years, Rousseau held several senior positions including CEO of BNP Paribas Equities Australia and Chairman of the BNP Prime Peregrine Group in Asia, managing 500+ staff across multiple countries.

Public Service and Recognition

Rousseau's commitment to public service includes his role as Chairman of the Investment Board at the Pension Agency of Georgia from 2019 to 2025, overseeing €2.5 billion in assets. His earlier government service included positions with the French Treasury and as Economic Counselor for the Nordic region at the French Embassy in Sweden. His exceptional contributions to the investment industry were recognized with the prestigious IPE Golden Award 2024 for Outstanding Industry Contribution and the Markets Group 2025 European CEO Lifetime Achievement Award.
