Tigran Karapetyan

Tigran Karapetyan is a founder of Armenian Corporate Governance Center, which is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote good corporate governance practice in the country. He has broad investment advisory experience with focus on investment management, capital markets and corporate governance. Since 2010 he has performed a portfolio of non-executive roles, including as independent director of the IFI’s portfolio companies. He is also the founder of Capital Asset Management, a company that is managing investment and pension funds.

He studied engineering and economics, has PhD in Economics and was visiting fellow at Cambridge University (UK) in the field of Corporate Finance. He has also earned professional diploma of FT’s Board Director Program (UK).
